Laparoscopic modified radical hysterectomy in a patient with prior renal transplantation: A case report

چکیده
A 47-year-old woman underwent living renal transplantation at the age of 41 and had been taking oral immunosuppressive drugs. She was diagnosed with intramural myoma suspected lobular endocervical glandular hyperplasia. Laparoscopic modified radical hysterectomy planned. Before operation, everolimus changed to mycophenolate mofetil because wound healing complications. Location transplanted pelvic kidney ureter must be considered when performing laparoscopic in patients who previously undergone transplantation. Computed tomography performed check same for selection site trocar insertion. When there is enough distance from internal iliac artery, can safely. Considering adhesion hemorrhagic tendency anterior vesico-uterine ligament on side, hemostasis vaginal wall may difficult. It reduce amount bleeding isolating uterine artery. In this case, artery anastomosed right safer isolate cut peripheral away Although after transplantation, it necessary recognize that difficult off layer side.
